Pamba Ojera

Pamba Ojera is a strategic communicator and multimedia specialist dedicated to driving systemic transformation for young people in Africa and beyond. Through storytelling, digital outreach, and communication strategy, she helps organizations craft compelling narratives that resonate with their targeted audience, strengthening their impact. As the current Project Officer for Multimedia Content Creation and editing at Global Schools Program, she focuses on amplifying education initiatives that equip young people with the knowledge, skills and opportunities to contribute to a sustainable future. Her work goes beyond brand visibility, she believes that culture moves people and collective action follows, therefore she works to harness that influence for lasting change. Beyond her role at Global Schools, Pamba has led workshops on communication, impact storytelling, and digital presence for social impact and youth-led organizations. She has also represented organizations she has worked with at local and international conferences such as the Summit for Democracy and the United Nations Civil Society Conference, presenting their ideas and solutions on youth empowerment. She uses media and communication to highlight opportunities that address global challenges, drawing from insights and expertise worldwide. She aims to create real impact, not just noise.
